Racanelli Residence

A large backyard with a great view was updated with a large California room, pool with spa, & putting green. The California room features a BBQ island, dining & lounge areas, and fire pit for added visual & social interest. The pool was remodeled to give it a contemporary feel and a new custom spa with water feature was integrated. This project was all about preserving the distant views while providing multiple spaces to entertain guests.
